Outside-Inside-Out

NPR has free streaming of the new album by the Bad Plus entitled Never Stop …..but it’s only available until the calendar turns over to Tuesday, September 14, when it hits stores.  Go check it out here.  What’s unusal, maybe new is a better word, about Never Stop is that unlike previous Bad Plus albums it features all original compositions, as their previous albums had copious amounts of covers.  I can’t really speak to the music on the album, as I just put it on NPR’s streaming music player.  But after the first 5 minutes or so I’m just about sold on it.
