Outside-Inside-Out

For all those Braxton fans out there: go check out NPR’s jazz page today for two sets from his 65th bday concert.  (Click here).  The first set is from his 12+2tet and the second features himself with his former quartet members pianist Marilyn Crispell, bassist Mark Dresser, and drummer Gerry Hemingway.  Both sets are contemporary avant-garde jazz at its finest.
